DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO MOSCOW

Metropol Hotel (5-star)

  • Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival at the Moscow airport. Upon arrival, check into the historically renowned five-star hotel, The Metropol. This luxurious accommodation will be your retreat for the following four nights. This evening, gather for your Welcome Dinner at the White Rabbit, recognized in 2018 as one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

DAY 2: MOSCOW

Metropol Hotel (5-star)

  • Your morning begins with visits to Novodevichy Convent, the Cathedral of Christ the Redeemer, Hill of Glory, and the monument of Peter the Great. Following is a traditional Russian luncheon at the renowned Café Pushkin and a tour of the Tretyakov Picture Gallery. Optional add-on evening activities: A circus performance or a ballet or opera at the Bolshoi.

DAY 3: MOSCOW

Metropol Hotel (5-star)

  • Prepare for an early entry tour of the Kremlin Cathedrals and grounds, that include the Armory Chamber and Diamond Fund. Lunch will follow in the Bosco Café overlooking the Red Square. An afternoon private choral concert and visit to St. Basil's Cathedral is a special treat. Spend a few hours strolling Red Square and shopping at the GUM Department Store. This evening, enjoy a dinner cruise on the Flotilla Radisson Royal.

DAY 4: MOSCOW + SERGIEV POSAD

Metropol Hotel (5-star)

  • Depart for Sergiev Posad (approximately a one-hour drive) with stops along the way to local villages. Once there, explore the Sergiev Monastery and its three famed cathedrals. Return to Moscow for a privately guided tour of the acclaimed Space Museum. Dinner takes place at the highly esteemed Turandot Restaurant.

DAY 5: MOSCOW + ST. PETERSBURG

  • This morning is a private tour of a World War II Russian Bunker, enriched by a military choir performance. Depart for St. Petersburg via your Business Class train (approximately 4 hours) with lunch served en route. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, check into your luxurious and historical accommodation, the Grand Hotel Europe Belmond, where you will retreat for the following five nights. Everything and anything you've wanted to know about vodka is highlighted by a personalized experience at the Russian Vodka Museum and tasting. The festivities continue at their esteemed restaurant.

DAY 6: ST. PETERSBURG

Grand Hotel Europe Belmond (5-star)

  • Explore the glorious Hermitage (including exclusive early entry) and its famous Diamond Room. Lunch is served at the Old Customs House, the oldest restaurant in the city. This afternoon, bask in the wonders of the city on a champagne boat ride along the Neva River and its canals. Tour the Faberge Museum. Optional evening add-on activity: Nikolaevsky Folk Show.

DAY 7: ST. PETERSBURG

  • Begin today with a city tour of St. Petersburg, featuring the Nevsky prospect, Kazan Cathedral, Smolny Cathedral, Point of Basil's Island, the Bronze Horseman, Peter and Paul's Fortress, Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and St. Isaak's Cathedral. Lunch is at the notable Block Restaurant. Yusupov Palace and the Rasputin rooms are featured this afternoon. Tonight, be enamored by the view of St. Isaak's Cathedral, while dining at Mansarda Restaurant.

DAY 8: ST. PETERSBURG

  • Start today with a private early entry to the alluring Peterhof Palace and its stunning grounds. Lunch follows in the Summer Palace Restaurant prior to your visit to Catherine's Palace and Park. Farewell Dinner and a private caviar tasting this evening is at the distinguished Tsar Restaurant.

DAY 9: ST. PETERSBURG + NOVGOROD

Grand Hotel Europe Belmond (5-star)

  • Retreat today to Veliky Novgorod, also known as the 'Birthplace of Russia' (approximately 3-hour drive). Its name evolved as it was the birthplace of the country's democracy and Orthodox church, as well as the birthplace of poet, Gavrila Derzhavin and composer, Sergey Rachmaninoff. Return later this afternoon to St. Petersburg and gather for your Farewell to Russia Dinner.

DAY 10: DEPART ST. PETERSBURG

  • Depart St. Petersburg for your flight back home. With the visual memories of St. Catherine's jewels and the Russian Ballet, the tasteful memories of caviar and vodka, as well as the musical and historical memories of Rachmaninoff, return home with treasures in your hearts of truly retreating luxuriously in Russia.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)

Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.

Passport

If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.

Deposit (Pre-planned trips)

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip)

Rates + Fares

Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.

Payment

Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.

Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19

In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.

Travel Insurance

The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.

Airlines

Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.

Force Majeure

Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.

Responsibility

Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.

Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
