Take an exclusive private sunset boat cruise and receive a bit of history of your local surroundings. Take a 1930's open-top vintage red bus and view the majesty and wonder of Glacier National Park. Begin in the cedar and hemlock forests of the Lake McDonald Valley. Travel up the infamous, Going-to-the-Sun Road along a glacially formed arête to the top of the Crown of the Continent at Logan Pass. Head down through the St. Mary Valley and out to the prairies of Big Sky Country. Continue into the magnificent Swift current Valley. Enjoy a sailing charter paired with lunch over Flathead Lake. Participate in a half-day hike followed by lunch at the Swiss chalet, Lake McDonald Lodge. Have a culinary experience with a hands-on cooking class. DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO KALISPELL + WHITEFISH
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Whitefish
Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival at the Kalispell airport. Transfer to your boutique Montana lodge in the quaint town of Whitefish, where you will spend the entirety of your retreat. Depending on your arrival time, your afternoon or evening will be at your leisure. Settle in and catch up on your rest for your reflective time ahead.

DAY 2: WHITEFISH
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Whitefish
Wake up this morning and have a delicious Montana breakfast. Following, awaken your body to the day and gather for a morning session of yoga (suitable for all levels). This afternoon, select from numerous suggested activities to enjoy at your leisure. They include horseback riding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, biking, hiking, or a zip line tour. Later this afternoon, gather at the marina and board your vintage power boat for a sunset cruise paired with wine and cheese. Following, gather together for a Welcome to Montana Dinner.

DAY 3: WHITEFISH + GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Whitefish
Today, following breakfast, venture out with your local guide for a private tour of Glacier National Park. Begin your tour via a vintage 1930's open-top red bus. Your trip begins in the cedar and hemlock forests of the Lake McDonald Valley. Continue along the Going-to-the-Sun Road along a glacially formed arête to the top of the Crown of the Continent at Logan Pass. Head down throught eh St. Mary Valley and out to the prairies of Big Sky Country. Continue into the awe-inspiring Swiftcurrent Valley and enjoy its views while you savor a delicious luncheon at Many Glacier Hotel. Conclude with an encore vista as you return via the west side of the park. This evening, gather and listen to some live music by local musicians and enjoy your dinner independently. Evening at leisure.

DAY 4: WHITEFISH + FLATHEAD LAKE
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Whitefish
Following a delicious leisurely breakfast, meet your host and travel south to the remarkable Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48 states. With over 200 square miles of water and 185 miles of shoreline, it is truly a Montana site to behold. Here, you will embark on your sailboat for a private sailing excursion. Witness the beautiful setting among mature forests and spectacular views of the Swan Range and Mission Mountains. Travel to Wild Horse Island, an island only accessible by boat. The park is noted for its wildlife including bighorn sheep, mule deer, songbirds, waterfowl, bald eagles, and falcons, as well as five wild horses. Here, you will take a short hike and explore all that nature has to offer. Have a quaint picnic lunch before returning to the marina. Here, you will transfer back to your hotel for independent activities of your choosing or for an afternoon of shopping in Whitefish. Conclude your day with a sunset yoga session. Evening is at leisure.

DAY 5: WHITEFISH + GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

Awake and depart your hotel for an early morning hike (approximately 2 hours) at Glacier National Park. This trail starts on the Inner North Fork Road by the Fish Creek Campground. Enjoy a beautiful walk through the woods, passing creeks and the shore of Lake McDonald. Follow the trail and loop upwards to a wonderful view of the lake and the Garden Wall, in the Logan Pass/Going-to-the-Sun Road area. Satisfy your worked up appetite at Lake McDonald Lodge, a classic Swiss chalet style historical lodge, situated on the banks of Lake McDonald, for a delightful luncheon. Built in 1913, this chalet is a perfect respite to break up your day. Following, return to your hotel via private transfer and independently enjoy activities such as canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, or a quiet afternoon at the spa. Your evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

DAY 6: WHITEFISH

Today, you will have a morning of leisure to enjoy Montana however you choose. Gather at the main lobby at lunchtime. This afternoon, you will prepare your afternoon luncheon with a private chef as you experience an exclusive culinary cooking class. Following your delicious meal, opt to take a float plane excursion and view Montana from the sky. Or, spend the afternoon by the lake for sunbathing or perhaps at the spa for a relaxing spa treatment. This evening, gather together and share your memories over a Farewell to Montana Dinner.

Depart Whitefish and transfer to the Kalispell airport for your flight home. As you return home, savor the memories made on your Montana adventure.

Passport
If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.
Deposit (Pre-planned trips)
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip).
Rates + Fares
Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.
Payment
Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.
Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19
In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.
Airlines
Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.
Force Majeure
Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.
Responsibility
Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.
Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
