DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO PORTLAND + WALDOBORO
A 4*local/boutique accommodation
Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival to the Portland airport. Transfer to your secluded boutique and locally-run property in Waldoboro, where you will be spending the following four nights (approximately 1.5 hour drive). Upon arrival, get settled in to your exclusive retreat. Gather this evening for a private Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2: WALDOBORO + DAMARISCOTTA
A 4*local/boutique accommodation
Optional early-morning outdoor yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Afterwards, have a delicious and hearty Maine breakfast--all locally grown and freshly prepared. Following, travel south to the town of Damariscotta (approximately 30-minute drive). Here, enjoy an exclusively private lecture and workshop with famed Savannah ceramist, Jennifer Huskey. Following, awaken your appetite over lunch to the local tastes of Maine. This afternoon, return to Waldoboro for some rest and reflection or perhaps a walk in the woods, kayaking, or playing a board game or two. This evening, you will gather for dinner together with an outdoor movie screening to follow.

DAY 3: WALDOBORO
A 4*local/boutique accommodation
Optional early-morning outdoor yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Following breakfast, meet your host and guide for a private tour of the property, visiting the local farm. The afternoon is yours for your leisure. Gather this late afternoon in the kitchen for a private cooking class with an esteemed local chef. Savor your culinary creation together outside, followed by a bonfire. Optional add-on activity: Private spa/massage therapy session in the natural elements.

DAY 4: WALDOBORO + DAMARISCOTTA
A 4*local/boutique accommodation
Optional early-morning outdoor yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Afterwards, have a delicious Maine breakfast--all locally grown and freshly prepared. Following, travel south to the town of Damariscotta (approximately 30-minute drive). Here, enjoy an exclusively private lecture and workshop with famed Savannah ceramist, Jennifer Huskey. Afterwards, stroll the streets and discover the unique charming boutiques of the town. Perhaps purchase a memento or two. Then, come explore the exquisite beauty of the tranquil Damariscotta River. Discover the River where 80% of Maine oysters come from during the daily Maine Oyster Farms Tour! Sit back and relax with a drink in hand on the Happy Hour Cruise at 5, or learn from experts about how to pair the sumptuous Damariscotta River oysters with wine, sake and beer during one of the Tasting Cruises. Continue back to Waldoboro for an evening at leisure.

DAY 5: BOOTHBAY HARBOR
A 4*local/boutique accommodation in Boothbay Harbor
Optional early-morning outdoor yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Following your breakfast, drive south to the coastal town of Boothbay Harbor, where you will spend your next three nights (approximately 45-minute drive). Upon arrival at your quaint seaside inn overlooking the harbor, settle into the esteemed accommodation. Have lunch independently and then enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. Suggested activities include: tennis, hiking, a bike ride through town, oceanside swimming, or a spa treatment. Gather later this afternoon for a cocktail sunset sail. Return afterwards for dinner at your own leisure.

DAY 6: BOOTHBAY HARBOR
A 4*local/boutique accommodation in Boothbay Harbor
Have a leisurely breakfast. Meet in the hotel lobby and board your boat for a private boat launch to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Head to the renowned local artist's gallery, Gleason's Fine Art for a private showing and tour. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Meet for your Downeast Clambake with a scenic tour of Boothbay Harbor aboard the Bennie Alice, en route to Cabbage Island in Linekin Bay. There is a succulent feast of Maine lobsters and clams with all the traditional fixin’s that await you. Enjoy your feast on Cabbage Island, which has been the home of traditional clambakes since 1956. Your hosts, the Moore family, cordially welcome you to experience this “Downeast” tradition! Return via boat transfer for s'mores by the bonfire and an evening to your leisure.

DAY 7: BOOTHBAY HARBOR
A 4*local/boutique accommodation in Boothbay Harbor
Today, travel 12 miles out to sea to Mohegan Island. This small island, just ¾ mile wide and 1½ miles long, is a haven for those seeking beauty, quiet, and relaxation. Awaken your creative senses. Surrounded with art galleries, natural beauty, and a historical lighthouse, Mohegan Island attracts visitors from all over the world. Feel free to take a challenging hike that leads to beautiful vistas. Return later this afternoon and settle before gathering for your Farewell Dinner.

DAY 8: DEPART BOOTHBAY HARBOR
Depart Boothbay Harbor. En route to the airport, stop in Freeport (approximately 1-hour drive) to visit the legendary LL Bean store. Enjoy an early independent lunch and transfer to the Portland airport (approximately 30-minute drive) for your flight home. As you return home, recollect the creative and memorable moments made during your time in coastal Maine.

*On group trips, you’ll be paired with a roommate of your same gender unless you request your own room.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)
Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.
Passport
If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.
Deposit (Pre-planned trips)
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip).
Rates + Fares
Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.
Payment
Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.
Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19
In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.
Airlines
Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.
Force Majeure
Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.
Responsibility
Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.
Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
