HIGHLIGHTS OF A RETREAT TO CANADA: NIAGARA FALLS TO MONTREAL

This trip to Canada is a 8-day journey spanning from the British province of Ontario to the French rhythms of Quebec. At the start of your trip, move to the pace of a small quiet town of Niagara-by-the-Lake. Here, stand in wonder as you view the falls from afar, as well as up close on the HornBlower Ferry. You are certain to take a bit of the falls with you! Afterwards, you will savor the heart of the Ontario wine country as you discover the well-preserved 19th-century village of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Visit numerous wineries in the region and meander the boutiques and cafes for a bit of rest and reflection. Enjoy a show at The Shaw Festival, inspired by the wit and passion of Bernard Shaw. It is a contemporary theater that features a smart, provocative, potent and diverse mix of plays from the past and present, performed by their celebrated repertory theater Ensemble. Continue onwards to Toronto where you will board your train and view the beauty of Canada as you travel north to Montreal. Here, you will spend your following 4-day journey awakening your palette to the culinary splendors of this French Canadian city.
