This musical road trip to Nashville, Memphis, and Muscle Shoals is a 5-day experience like no other. Begin your musical journey by moving to the rhythmic pace of Nashville -- Music City. Experience highlights such as The Ryman, also known as 'The Mother Church,' RCA - Studio B, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and live music on Broadway at Roberts. Continue the music trail to Memphis. Stop along the way in Americana towns and visit the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and the Tina Turner Museum before cruising into Memphis, the Home of the Blues and the Birthplace of Rock 'n Roll. Watch the famous Peabody Hotel ducks follow the Duckmaster down the elevator to the marble fountain, as they march through the crowds to the tune of John Philip Sousa's King Cotton March. Take a VIP tour of Graceland, home of the King of Rock 'n Roll, Elvis Presley. Highlights also include Sun Studios, STAX, and the Lorraine Motel. Continue your journey to Muscle Shoals, The Hit Recording Capital of the World. Along the way, visit architect Frank Lloyd Wright's infamous Rosenbaum House. Upon your arrival to Muscle Shoals, go behind-the-scenes and learn about the authentic stories of The Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin, Rod Stewart, Cher, and Greg Allman (to name a few), made at FAME Studios and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. Conclude your journey and witness the beauty of the Tennessee countryside as you travel through Leiper's Fork en route back to Nashville. DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO NASHVILLE

A locally-run boutique accommodation in Nashville

  • Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival at the Nashville airport. Transfer to your boutique Nashville retreat, where you will spend the following two days. After settling in, visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. With its artifacts, photographs, recorded sound, vintage video, and interactive touchscreens, the museum reveals the origins, traditions, and honored architects of country music. Following, engage in a behind-the-scenes exclusive tour of RCA-Studio B, Home of 1,000 Hits, where Elvis Presely, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings were among its visitors and hit makers. Enjoy this evening at a local bar (or two) paired with live music.

DAY 2: NASHVILLE + MEMPHIS

A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Memphis

  • Following breakfast, head to The Mother Church, The Ryman. Here, take a backstage tour of this infamous auditorium where musicians strive to perform. Following, visit the historical Hermitage Hotel for a glass of bourbon or whiskey and an afternoon independent lunch. Following, make your trek to Memphis. En route, stop for a quick visit to the Tina Turner Museum. Upon arrival, pave your way straight to Graceland, the home of the King of Rock 'n Roll, Elvis Presley. Conclude your day with a Welcome to the Music Trail Dinner followed by some listening to live blues music at a local gem.

DAY 3: MEMPHIS + MUSCLE SHOALS

A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Muscle Shoals

  • Awake early for your jam-packed Memphis day. Grab a cup of coffee and make your way to Sun Studios, where Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash made their debut hits. Following, pass by the famous Lorraine Motel, where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated. Grab a bit of lunch at the historical hotel, The Peabody. Here, when the clock strikes 11 a.m., you will watch their famous ducks march and make their way to the fountain. Following lunch, head to STAX Records, home of Southern Soul music. Among its many artists included Booker T. & the MGs and Otis Redding. This afternoon, hit the Americana road and head towards the Alabama town of Muscle Shoals. Settle in this evening at your boutique and musically luxurious accommodation. Enjoy a cocktail at the hotel bar. Dinner is on your own (suggestions will be offered). Evening at leisure.

DAY 4: MUSCLE SHOALS

A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Muscle Shoals

  • Following a delicious leisurely breakfast, meet your host and enjoy a walking tour of the town. Allow its magic to overtake you. Following, take an exclusive tour of FAME Studios which recorded hits from Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Wilson Pickett, Otis Redding, and The Rolling Stones. The afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Soak up the sounds and rhythms that this small quaint Alabama town offers.

DAY 5: MUSCLE SHOALS

A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Muscle Shoals

  • Today, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before meeting in the hotel lobby. Continue your musical serenade to the acclaimed studios of Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, founded by The Swampers, who were recognized as the musicians who crafted the 'Muscle Shoals sound'. Conclude with a luncheon at a locally run diner. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Perhaps visit fashion designer Billy Reid's studio. Gather this evening for your Farewell to the Music Trail Dinner.

DAY 6: DEPART MUSCLE SHOALS + HUNTSVILLE

  • Depart Muscle Shoals and transfer to the Huntsville airport for your flight home (approximately 1-hour drive). As you return home, savor the memories made on your Americana Music Trail adventure.

Your Trip Price

*On group trips, you’ll be paired with a roommate of your same gender unless you request your own room.

Your journey starts in Nashville, Tennessee and concludes in Huntsville, Alabama.

Your Americana Triangle quotation has been prepared for 6 days & 5 nights.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)

Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.

Passport

If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.

Deposit (Pre-planned trips)

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip)

Rates + Fares

Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.

Payment

Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.

Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19

In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.

Travel Insurance

The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.

Airlines

Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.

Force Majeure

Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.

Responsibility

Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.

Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
